Write about a dream that felt real

One night i couldn't fall asleep so i took some Benadryl and finally went to sleep. I began to dream the my alarm went off. I remember turning off my alarm , laying there for a bit and finally getting up. I remember making my bed , eating, then going in the restroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. I showered and finally got dressed. I remember as i was going to put my shoe on i dropped it. At the same time i dropped the shoe it made a really loud noise which happened to be my alarm in real life. I woke up and just remembered laughing and telling my mom about the dream.

Today we watched a video about Jimmy carter. It emphasized his community work when he was and wasn’t president. We had to answer 4 of the questions on a sheet of paper about what was said in the video.

Today i was drained once again and a little chilly. It was actually pretty interesting listening to all the things jimmy carter did as a person.

When Celie says, “The God I been praying and writing to is a man. And act just like all the other mens I know,” she expresses disappointment, betrayal, and disillusionment. Discuss a moment in your own life when something you believed in turned out to be different than what you imagined. How did this realization shape your identity or worldview?

Prompt: At the end of the novel, Celie reconnects with Nettie and forms more peaceful relationships with the people who once harmed her. Reflect on the theme of reconciliation. Have you ever restored a relationship, forgiven someone, or been forgiven in a way that changed you? How does the novel’s ending shape your understanding of forgiveness across different cultures or families?
