Write about an object that holds sentimental value and why its import to you.

 My phone holds sentimental value and is very important to me. It distracts my mind when I am not in a great head space. It also makes it easier to communicate with my family, friends, and teammates. The pictures that are stored on my device also makes this object extremely sentimental.

What made the dynamic shift, and how did your understanding of that person evolve?

 A relationship that changed over time was my relationship woth my paternal grandparents. When i was younger i used to talk, text and visit them in Virginia very often. As i grew up i became less attached. Not because of anything negative, but simply because it just happened. I still love them dearly , we just communicate less. Growing up they taught me alot and put me through learning experiences so for that im grateful.
