Today you created similes and metaphors that reflect your struggles, growth, and resilience. In a well-developed paragraph, reflect on the process. What did you learn about yourself while writing your figurative language?

While creating similes and metaphors that reflected on my struggles i realized how creative i am and how many things can truly be compared to relatable feelings and event. I learned that ive grown a lot mentally and pushed through a lot more things than i realized. A lot of times things people go through can be downplayed when sometime it needs to be more looked upon and even maybe exaggerated. I also realized how hard it is to creatively think of these comparisons on the spot.
